Is the pricing really one-time?

Yes — the license fee is paid once, for the tier matching your team size. There's no recurring cost to keep using CrewPulse. If you want ongoing updates and support, that's an optional add-on, not a requirement.

Where is our data stored?

CrewPulse runs on a Supabase project you control, deployed under your own account. Your attendance, performance and chat data stays in infrastructure you own — not on a shared multi-tenant server.

Can we customize the scoring system or modules?

Yes. The performance scoring rules, flag categories, and which modules are enabled are configured to match how your team already runs QA. Larger customizations are scoped as part of Enterprise plans.

What if our team grows past our current plan?

You can upgrade to the next tier at any time — you only pay the difference, not the full price again.

Do agents need to install anything?

No — CrewPulse runs in the browser on desktop and mobile. No app installs or device management needed for agents to clock in, check scores, or join training.
