School-related data: Class, grade, student-related information (for parents and teachers), attendance, notices, and other content you view or submit within the App.
Device and usage information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and app usage (e.g. to improve the service and troubleshoot issues).
Push notification tokens: To send you notifications (e.g. notices, alerts) we use Firebase Cloud Messaging, which may use device identifiers.
Photos and media: If you upload photos or files within the App (e.g. profile or assignments), we store and process them to provide the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the App (e.g. attendance, notices, communication between teachers and parents).
Authenticate you and manage your account.
Send push notifications (e.g. school notices, alerts) via Firebase Cloud Messaging.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect or process data:

Google Firebase (including Firebase Cloud Messaging): Used for push notifications and backend services. Google's privacy policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Play / Apple App Store: If you download the App from these stores, their respective privacy policies also apply to the download and in-app purchase (if any) process.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

We store data on secure servers and use industry-standard measures to protect your information. Data may be stored in the region where we or our service providers operate. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with law.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is used in a school context and may involve information about minors (students). We collect and process such information only to provide the educational and communication services requested by the school and parents/guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for marketing purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access and receive a copy of your personal data.
Correct or update your data.
Request deletion of your data.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (e.g. push notifications can often be turned off in device settings).

This privacy policy is intended for use with the One School app on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
